A 2 session Weightlifting and Strength Program designed to introduce youth ages 10-14 to the foundational movements of weightlifting.  The program will focus on technique and safety. Through the program's design muscle recruitment will improve strength and performance for attendees. 


USAW Certified Coaching to ensure correct instruction and safety.


There will be two 3 week sessions, the first session is not needed to enroll in the second session.

$175 per session

$300 for both
