Youth weightlifting camp for kids 10-15.  Foundational skills instruction on Squats, Presses, Deadlift, and the Olympic Lifts Clean & Jerk and Snatch.  Certified lifting coaches will teach the fundamentals needed to safely and successfuly lift. These fundamentals will provide a basis for strength gains for years to come.  Get your kids lifting mechanically sound and ahead of their peirs when they enter into gyms and weight rooms.
