The 10-15 will have many returning youth that will be able to jump right back into the programming we’ve proven to be tried and true for increasing youth power recognition and output capabilities. Last year kids in this program saw HUGE GAINS! New youth to the program will learn the fundamentals of Power and Olympic lifting before moving into the power output programming.
