The Powerhouse program is literally as easy as 1 - 2 - 3
1) Register by paying your $89 first month and fill out our online waiver.
2) Show up up to during the "Powerhouse Hours" and get the strength and power program best suited for your ability and goals.
3) Start Lifting!
Beginning programs will consist of 3 days of 4-6 lifts and auxillary exercises and last 6-12 weeks. Most days will take around an hour to complete, and you can use any of the available Powerhouse hours to complete your programming for the day. More advanced programs will require more time and days. Our USAW certified Strength and Performance coach will be available to help you learn and advance at all lifts.
After the beginning program new programs will be added to your schedule. Programs will be available for general strength gains, athletic performace increase, and competition trainining for those wanting to compete in weightlifting.
All members are allowed to use the gym during any lifting hours for any fitness gains. A Powell Powerhouse program does not have to be followed.
