New to CrossFit or coming back after a long hiatus? This is your option!
Your first month will consist of 3 days a week of CrossFit to ramp your body up to speed and learn the foundational movements. After completion of your ramp up period you'll be able to come to up to 6 days a week of CrossFit including our open box Saturday's!
Your First Month Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays
Any of the following class times:
5:00AM, 6:00AM, 7:30AM, 4:15PM, 5:15PM, 6:15PM (No 6:15 on Fridays)
After the First Month
Come to any class Monday through Friday (Including the more advanced Tuesdays and Thursdays)
You can also come in on Saturday mornings to make up a workout, get an extra workout in or work on skill work.

- Show up about 5 minutes early to your first class to meet your coaches and get introduced to your new gym!
All memberships require credit card information to be used for recurring billing. Memberships are cancellable by email with a 7 Day Notice.
No Refunds. Memberships can be put on hold for medical reasons.
