6 Week Intro
This program is designed for those just starting out in fitness through those that just haven't worked out in a long time– men or women. People that have a strong desire to get fit, healthy and lose some weight! You don’t need to have a background in weight lifting, or need to run for 6 months to prepare yourself. You only need the ability and desire to work hard and HAVE FUN!
We have designed this program to make your entry into fitness as easy as possible!
The only requirement for this program is a strong desire to get fit and healthy!
With this program you can be assured you will be welcomed into a friendly, encouraging environment that reduces stress, deflates CrossFit Myths, and provides the best route for success!
Together we will warm up, learn new movements, work on mobility and flexibility, get stronger and more skilled, and get in a heart pounding sweat building workout!
- 6 weeks of 3 Days a week CrossFit with a coach to help you get accustomed to everything, including spending extra time with you to help you learn movements.
You also get an awesome group of people to count on and exercise with
- Nutritional tips- Body mechanics evaluation
- Stretching and Mobility Drills
- Confidence to do more, be more, live longer and healthier!
You can attend any of the times below on Monday's, Wednesday's or Friday's.
Workout Times are:
6:30PM (except Fridays)
You'll be working-out side by side with the rest of our awesome members, but you'll have a coach to help you through the beginning stages! Our community grows, and you get set up to succeed! Everyone wins!
Registration is open year round!
This program is intended for adults but can be scaled for youth as young as 13 if joining with an adult. High Scool students can join without an adult.
