CrossFit is a functional fitness programmed designed for all. CrossFit trains the body to be healthier and better at life. We use weights, we run, we do body weight movements like push ups and sit-ups. Everything we do, everyone can do. We all have one goal, to be better, more fit versions of ourselves. The more fit we are, the better and longer quality of life we have. Do the things you want to do as long as you can!
Come to the GYM AS MUCH AS YOU WANT! Most enjoy 4-5 days of CrossFit to stay in peak condition. With this option you can come to as many days of CrossFit as you can get in. This membership also includes unlimited STRONG, and Open GYM use.
Intro to CrossFit
Many of you are new to, never heard of, or maybe even scared of CrossFit. This program is designed to bring you up to speed. Over the course of 6 weeks you will be taught the foundational movements of CrossFit while being gradually introduced to the CrossFit style of exercise. This program has had great success and is required for all that are new to CrossFit.
