Powell CrossFit On-Ramp Program

Whether you're new to working out, trying to get your beach body ready, or a seasoned GYM veteran looking to get back into things.  On-Ramp program stands to further your understanding of exercise physiology, and help you achieve your athletic performance or fitness goals.

 

How does it work

 

The Powell CrossFit On-Ramp program is comprised four 75 minute classes. Each class introduces attendees a different series of movements, exercises, and skills used for CrossFit programming.  Upon completion of the On-Ramp program athletes are eligible to join regular CrossFit group programming. 

 

The four class On-Ramp program is on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30PM - 7:45PM.
